                SURVIVAL OF A PEOPLE 
           Long & Brier Islands 1875 - 1975

Survival Of A People is a project prepared by Islands Historical Society to reflect the independence and self-sufficiency of Island residents who used all resources available to them to live full productive lives within a sometimes harsh environment. It contains 8 storylines and over 300 photographs of Island life and the items used to live it. Various audio clips are included as well.
